Balanced Pasta Salad

A simple pasta salad recipe that you can modify to suit what you have available – it’s perfect for those “use up what’s left in the fridge” situations that happen from time to time.

All you need is:

375g Vetta Protein Pasta, cooked

250g vegetables of choice, cut into bite-sized pieces (get creative, use roasted vege, fresh vege, canned or frozen vege is fine too!)

1 piece of fruit, cut into bite-sized pieces (I used a pear)

400g protein of choice (I used tuna)

50g low fat fetta cheese

Herbs & spices to match flavour combinations

 

To make, all you need to do is:

Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together – enjoy!
