However, most of us aren’t actually consuming adequate amounts of fibre, omega-3, vitamins or minerals. Before you make changes to your diet, you need to establish a baseline so that you can target the areas that are letting you down.

Our dietary analysis includes energy requirements, macronutrients, fibre, vitamins, minerals, types of fats ie saturated, mono, poly, specifically types of polyunsaturated fats

What makes our analysis any different from apps like My Fitness Pal?

These apps can be a great tool for assisting you with calorie and macronutrient targets. However, they are very inaccurate when tracking anything further. Unfortunately, My Fitness Pal is not based on Australian foods and has very poor data for the micronutrient content of foods. Many of the foods in the app have been uploaded by other customers and the data is not accurate.

We have invested in software that is approved for nutritional research as it based on high quality Australian food data bases. This information is accurate and provides you with an extensive breakdown of your diet quality

What is it?

One of our dietitians and nutritionists will develop a plan specifically for you based on an online form that you will complete. This plan is designed to fit within your lifestyle and is tailored to your training. We provide a calorie and macronutrient guide for each day and meal. We provide 3-4 easy and convenient options per meal and snack as well as a flexible portion guide. Additionally, we provide links to recipes that will be suited to your specific needs.

Unlike calorie-based guides, these plans are developed, by dietitians, based YOUR lifestyle and training, foods that YOU like (and don’t like) as well as taking into consideration any medical background or recent blood results.

Furthermore, these plans are developed by an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has completed a minimum of a bachelor’s degree as well as other courses and ongoing professional development.
