Easy Salmon Bowl

Healthy Easy Salmon Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into chunks

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 2 x 120g salmon fillets

  • Sprinkle of salt

  • Sprinkle of pepper

  • 2 x steam fresh packets of green vegetables or 300g of mixed frozen vegetables*

(*for low fodmap, use 150g carrot and 150g broccoli florets)

 

 

Method:

  1. Add the salt and pepper into a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot add the salmon fillets to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking

  2. Combine the potatoes and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then, cook the vegetables for 3 minutes

  3. Combine the salmon, potato and vegetables in 2 bowls and serve
