  • 1 x 95g tin of chilli tuna, drained (or another flavour)

  • 1 x microwave cup of rice

  • 120g Asian style pre-cut salad mix

 

 

Method:

  1. Microwave the tuna and rice for 2 minutes. Add the salad mix and enjoy!
