Honey & Sesame Salmon Stir Fry
Have you had a salmon stir fry before? I hadn’t, and now I 100% will be making this regularly! Such a flavoursome, fragrant meal
Works great for all of you meal prep fans and can be easily customized to whatever protein or veggies you have available in the fridge
Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 400g salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 green capsicum, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 400g fresh Singapore noodles
Method:
1. Combine the sesame oil, honey, tamari, rice wine vinegar, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and cover with the marinade. Place in the fridge for 1 hour
2. Preheat an oven to 200c
3. Bake the salmon in the oven for 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile add the capsicum, broccolini and green beans to a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the vegetables for 5-6 minutes or until soft
5. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions
6. Add the noodles, salmon and marinade to the pan and stir through
