Low Carb Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2 small mission low-carb wraps (or small GF wrap)

  • 200g cooked shredded chicken breast

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • ½ capsicum, sliced

  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced

  • ¼ cup sliced black olives

  • ½ cup shredded light cheese

 

Method:

  1. Preheat an oven to 180c.

  2. Spread the tomato paste onto the wrap and cover with the baby spinach, capsicum, mushrooms, olives and cheese

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is lightly golden brown
