Low Carb Pizza

Ingredients:

2 small mission low-carb wraps (or small GF wrap)

200g cooked shredded chicken breast
-
2 tbsp tomato paste
-
2 cups baby spinach
-
½ capsicum, sliced
-
½ cup mushrooms, sliced
-
¼ cup sliced black olives
-
½ cup shredded light cheese
Method:
-
Preheat an oven to 180c.

Spread the tomato paste onto the wrap and cover with the baby spinach, capsicum, mushrooms, olives and cheese

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is lightly golden brown
