Turkey Burgers

Turkey burger

Ingredients

  • 200 grams turkey mince
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic
  • 2 medium spring onions
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 medium whole tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 4 roll wholemeal burger buns

Directions

1. Prepare turkey patties with salt, pepper, spring onions, and crushed garlic. Cook the burgers on a grill or barbecue, flipping once, until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

2. Whilst the burgers are cooking, slice salad ingredients as desired for the burgers. Mix the sriracha sauce and mayo together.

3. To serve, top each bun with a burger patty, spicy mayo, and salad, enjoy!
