Weet-bix Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 3 weetbix (or gluten free weetbix for GF and low fodmap)

  • 30g protein powder (brown rice protein for low fodmap and vegan)

  • Boiling water

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

Method:

  1. Crush up the weetbix in a bowl and add enough boiling water to cover the weetbix.

  2. Mix the weetbix and water together and then add the protein powder.

  3. Top with the chia seeds, raspberries and peanut butter
