We work with our clients to develop a plan to is as close to their current diet and favourite foods as possible. Our meal plans are simply an education tool to guide you in the right direction. Our goal is to build your understanding of your body, your needs and how your life (e.g. work, stress, menstrual cycle) impacts your choices. 

We incorporate psychological models such as ACT & CBT into our work to ensure that your results are sustainable and in line with your values.

Being diagnosed with a chronic condition can be confronting. However, although it is likely that lifestyle changes will need to be made, it doesn’t have to be complex.

We are here to simplify the process and provide you with the knowledge, tools and accountability you need to succeed in managing your chronic condition.

If you require financial support, you may qualify for a Medicare rebate. Speak to your GP about whether this is an option.

HEALTHY AGEING

As you age, your nutritional requirements change and so does your physiology & lifestyle. It can grow increasingly difficult to meet your nutritional needs. For example, as you age you require more protein, however, often lose your appetite.

Our dietitians will work with you to understand your changing needs and find simple and easy solutions.
