White Chocolate & Raspberry Blondies
These aren’t you’re average Blondie (although they absolutely taste like the real deal).
We have made a few simple swaps to some of the ingredients to make these Blondies a little extra nutritious without compromising on taste!
Serves 9

Ingredients
- 1 can of white beans, rinsed well and drained
- 1/2 cup of sugar free maple syrup

- 1/4 cup softened margarine or light olive oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of raspberries
Method
-
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a square 8 inch x 8 inch tin with baking paper
-
In a blender, Nutribullet or food processor, add in all the ingredients (except the raspberries and white chocolate) and blend until smooth and thick.
-
Transfer the batter to the prepared tin, sprinkle with white choc chips and raspberries on top and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
-
Allow to cool before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
