Dietitian
Back
I work with neurodivergent humans, active bodies, and anyone who’s had a rough run with food rules, guilt, or “why is eating so hard for me”. I aim to make nutrition feel safer, simpler, and way more doable in real life, not in a perfect Pinterest kitchen.
You’ll probably vibe with my work if you want support with neurodivergent nutrition, including ADHD, Autism, PDA, executive functioning challenges, sensory preferences, low appetite, food noise, and building routines that fit your brain. I also work with people who want to heal their relationship with food, stepping away from guilt, rules, and “should” eating, and back into trust, autonomy, and feeling steady around food.
I support eating disorder and disordered eating recovery, including ARFID, BED, BN, AN, and OSFED, especially when gut symptoms, sensory factors, or neurodivergence are part of the picture. I provide sports and performance fuelling for dancers, gym goers, footy and netball players, and anyone wanting better energy, training, recovery, or strength outcomes. I also offer gut health support without the chaos, helping with IBS, coeliac disease, reflux, intolerances, bloating, constipation, and working out triggers and thresholds without unnecessary long term restriction.
Neuroaffirming and practical - We work with your nervous system and your brain, not against them.
Focused on food trust first - Nutrition should add to your life, not reduce it.
Curious and collaborative - We explore patterns, test what helps, and build a plan that feels sustainable.
Grounded in your real context - I support you through your high and low capacity moments
Sessions are a calm, supportive space where we problem solve together. I aim to reduce friction around eating, build confidence, and help you feel more in control of food and your body, without pressure to be perfect.
