Dietitian
Back
Why did I become a dietitian? Simple: I love food! But along the way, I realised that for some people, food isn’t just fuel—it can be stressful, confusing, or even scary. My goal is to help people bring more positivity—or at least neutrality—back to eating. Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated; I filter out the noise and make it practical, empowering, and evidence-based.
Before I landed in dietetics, I tried my hand at a few different careers—environmental scientist, apprentice chef, and more— all around the world. Life experience taught me resilience, adaptability, and a healthy dose of street smarts, all of which I bring to my work with clients.
I’m a late-diagnosed ADHD adult, a distance swimmer, and a rock climber—so I get the value of curiosity, perseverance, and a bit of grit.
I take a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, Health at Every Size® approach and love helping people with eating disorders, balance nourishment with neurodivergence, and holistic nutrition.
I provide extensive evidence-based education so my clients leave confident, informed, and ready to advocate for themselves—no matter how loud the media pressure or unattainable standards.
